You will find us southwest of Minneapolis, south of Edina in West Bloomington.
From Interstate #494 or highway #100 to our north, take Normandale Boulevard south to 98th, turn right on 98th and turn right (north) again after one block on Briar. Hyland Courts Drive and the Clubhouse entrance is to your left just before the pond.
Another common approach is to drive west from Interstate 35 driving straight west on 98th. Cross over Penn and France Avenues passing Normandale College to reach Normandale Boulevard. As above, continue on 98th 1 block down the hill and turn right onto Briar Road. One block more and on the left is the entrance to Hyland Courts
Looking for Hyland Place? Hyland Place is an inertial part of Hyland Courts. Driving north on Briar, drive one block past Hyland Courts Drive. You will find Hyland Place entrance to your right at the end of the pond. Hyland Place includes a small circle of double homes up on the hill.
